Post Traumatic Growth (PTG) and Implications of Leadership Next Program: This monitoring study explores how survivors of trafficking and exploitation experience Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG) through the Leadership Next (LN) Program. By fostering resilience, self-belief, and advocacy skills, the program empowers survivors to move beyond trauma and become leaders driving change. Findings reveal that 98% of survivor leaders experience moderate to high levels of growth, with breakthroughs in confidence, new opportunities, and community leadership. While challenges remain in interpersonal relationships and spiritual growth, survivor collectives continue to serve as powerful incubators for transformation. This research underscores the impact of survivor-led leadership in shaping a future of justice, dignity, and empowerment.
