Genesi

Uma Chatterjee, a psychologist, and a founder of social impact organisation Sanjog, brings together survivors of violence and exploitation, to strengthen resilience to deal with stigma, depression and anxiety and heal themselves. The members of the group decided to create an organisation in 2016, and called it Utthan. During this process, the seeds of  Leadership Next were planted, embodying a commitment to resilience and leadership for a brighter future.
