The Utthan Initiative

As members of Utthan began to show signs of leadership - assertion, negotiation, individual and collective actions to seek changes in their personal lives, in systems they were part of, Kamonohashi and CIFF proposed to support a leadership development programme that would support social impact organisations design and implement leadership development programmes with victims and survivors of human trafficking. Change Mantras took on the role of the backbone agency.
